Shipping policy

All Original Tanman's Accessories, Flags for Change, Bori Wars products ship from Vega Alta, Puerto Rico.

Shipments
The Shipping time will depend on how far your location is from us. We use the Unites States Postal Services (USPS) to guarantee the most economic shipping method for our customers. All orders will be ship as soon as possible within 3-5 days after payment received, more or less depending on the product description. Customers will receive a tracking number (if paid for) through email. All products are considered "delivered" in the moment the post office confirms it in the tracking number.

For the moment we don't ship outside of Puerto Rico or the United States.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. We do our best to fulfill each order on the same day as the order is placed if the product is already made. We recommend you choose a good reliable address to receive your packages, Original Tanman L.L.C is not responsible for stolen or lost items. We are also not responsible for item arriving late. Late packages are not a reason for refund.

Local Pickups
In the moment of purchase, the customer will have the option of choosing between shipping or picking up the items in the cart. Local Pickup is available currently only in Levittown Uniforms (separate store) in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. We will announce their hours but keep in mind, this is a separate store and we are not responsible for the working hours. Customers have up to 2 weeks to pick up their orders, otherwise it will be cancelled with no refund.
