Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We determine the moment you receive the items based on the USPS system and or if you pick up the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at originaltanmanaccesories@gmail.com with your order # and picture of package. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To apply for your return, we require a picture of the damage or incorrect item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or incorrectly sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at originaltanmanaccessories@gmail.com. You will receive the correct item when we receive the returned items.
Refunds
All sales are final.
Shipping
When you place and order and give an incorrect address; make sure to contact us before your order is fulfilled. Even when your order is fulfilled you may still contact us but we do not guaranteed that the order will be out of our hands and in the hands of the USPS, where we will have no possible way to help you out.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost items by the USPS.
